Shipping policy

We provide safe and stable worldwide shipping service for all functional clothing orders. All goods will be inspected neatly folded and sealed with dust-proof and wrinkle-proof packaging before shipment, effectively avoiding dirt, extrusion deformation and surface damage during long-distance transportation.

All orders will be processed and shipped within 1–3 working days after payment confirmation. Weekends and public holidays are excluded from processing time. Tracking number will be sent to your registered email for real-time logistics inquiry.

All customs duties, import taxes and clearance fees incurred by international orders shall be borne by buyers. Delivery time is only estimated reference. Delays caused by customs inspection, bad weather and logistics congestion are not within our responsibility scope.

If you receive damaged packages, defective clothes, wrong size or incorrect style, please contact customer service within 48 hours with order number and clear photos. We will verify problems quickly and offer refund, replacement and proper after-sales solutions.
